General Introduction A  mixture of a high molecular weight crosslinked silicone elastomer and 5 cst polydimethylsiloxane. It is a high content, high consistency, matte silicone elastomer. It can improve the velvety skin feel, oil absorption, and soft and matte effect of the final product. It can be used as a thickener to improve the stability of the product. It can present a matte texture, relatively moist, silky and smooth after application, with good film forming property.   Applications
